I've been drawing with subtractive charcoal recently and I just realized that the feeling of erasing makes me feel a lot like editing avatars. It was that exact same, weird pseudo-zen feeling of erasing something. feels good man
Anyone else feel anything like that? Like little habits or mindsets that have carried over and still exist?
How did being at TAC/CT during whatever age you were at affect you now? I don't mean as far as weird observations like the one I mentioned... even things you notice about the way you process information versus other people, and link it at all to anything you did during allllll those years on Palace every day?

Scripting definitely influenced my profession in my "current life". I create software now a days. This is what I'm doing currently: www.google.com/about/jobs/locations/los-angeles/engineering/swe/software-engineer-in-test-los-angeles.htmlBeing given the responsibility as wizard and then later god I felt made me be slightly more responsible, but I think that I wasn't too far off already. Yes, I too use my avatar editing techniques when I want to do a quick 'shop for fun. Messing with Paint Shop Pro 5 back in the day gave me familiarity which grew into Photoshop/GIMP noobish skills. Largely though, I think I'm less shy (read as not shy at all) due to Palace. When I was really young, some teachers thought I didn't speak English for how quiet I was. Thanks everyone.
